Major Productivity Enhancements

Advanced Point Cloud Visualization – Clipping Box and Large Point Clouds

Clipping Box: To improve visualization and interaction with point clouds in the iQ3 Workspace, users now have access to
a Clipping Box which can be used to isolate portions of the point cloud model. The clipping box can be resized, moved, and rotated and can be used to automatically isolate individual point clouds from a multi-model environment.

Large Point Clouds: Improvements to point cloud visualization allow users to load massive point cloud models for instant visualization. For smaller point clouds, a different visualization algorithm can be select on-the-fly to enhance the visual quality of the point cloud.

Customizable iQ3 Workspace Help and Tutorials
Improved instructions and tutorials for working in the iQ3 Workspace are now directly at the user’s fingertips. The Help
Icon in the iQ3 Workspace now includes tutorials on the basics of the Workspace controls. These tutorials are fully
customizable, and users can insert their own videos, text, etc.
